Employee Benefits

We consider our employees to be our most valuable asset. In a service industry such as
EMS, our employees are the ones interacting with the customers all the time. As a result,
we treat you as professionals and have put together a very competitive benefits package.
Our pay scale is competitive and with verifiable paramedic experience, you
can earn up to an additional 10%. If you are Nationally Registered, we also
compensate you with another 5% for maintaining this certification.
