Sunstar Paramedics employee rides in National EMS Memorial Bike Ride

Sunstar Paramedics employee Doug Gladstone participated in the National EMS Memorial Bike Ride from May 11- 17, 2019. The annual ride honored EMS personnel and memorialize those who have become sick or injured, or died in the line of duty.

Gladstone biked 500 miles from Boston, Massachusetts to National Harbor, Maryland in honor of Sunstar Paramedics supervisor John Whitlock Jr. who passed away in 2018. Gladstone began participating in the National EMS Memorial Bike Ride in 2011 after a close friend, who was a paramedic, passed away.
