Paramedics Plus, a leading provider of ground-based 9-1-1mergency ambulance services and Sunstar Paramedics’ parent company, has been acquired by A&M Capital Partners, LP, a middle-market private equity fund that is part of the A&M Capital Platform.
As part of the acquisition, Paramedics Plus has rebranded as PatientCare Logistics Solutions, LLC. The corporate rebranding reflects the company’s continued commitment to provide the highest quality of care for every patient.
In Pinellas County, PatientCare will continue to operate Sunstar Paramedics. Ambulances will continue to display the Sunstar Paramedics branding, and no changes in service, patient care or staff are expected.
The transition to the new ownership is expected to create new growth opportunities for PatientCare’s outstanding employees, while continuing to deliver industry-leading service and innovation for patients and their communities.
